the history of SRP
Solid Rock Properties, LLC was founded in 2005, beginning its operations in Roseland, VA. The company owner and CEO, Raymond Chupp, has an extensive background in construction and has been operating under a Class A Business License since 1986. The business was restructured in 2012 with an emphasis on scrupulous record keeping and customer interaction. In 2013 SRP left the traditional style of hard-copy bookkeeping and has been streamlined by digitizing its daily office operations. Since its beginning Solid Rock Properties has offered a variety of construction services. Our range of work covers anything from household renovations and remodels to building custom homes.
